Itutin terms of use
Last updated: 17 September 2026
1. The parties and what this document is
Itutin is run by Israsky (Ilia Shuliak, licensed dealer עוסק מורשה 324648047, Petah Tikva, Israel). Contact: it@israsky.com.
These terms apply to anyone who orders Itutin and uses it, and they take effect when you place an order or start using the service.
If there is a signed agreement between us, that agreement governs, and these terms fill in only what it does not cover.
2. What the service includes
- Receiving events from your website: form enquiries, and for a shop, purchases as well.
- Sending those events to your Meta and Google ad accounts, alongside the pixel on your site.
- Hashing the phone number and email before the transfer, protection against counting the same event twice, and a delivery log with no contact details in it.
- Notice texts for your forms under section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law, in Hebrew, Russian and English.
- Delivery monitoring, an alert when events stop arriving, and a monthly report.
The scope of the subscription, the sites it covers and the number of events included are set out in the order. Anything beyond the scope purchased is arranged in a further order.
3. Account and access
Access to the service is granted to you personally. You keep your sign-in details safe and tell us when someone on your side stops working with you.
An action taken from your account counts as yours, unless you have told us about unauthorised use.
4. What is on you
- The website and the ad accounts are yours, or you hold full authority to act in them.
- You are the controller of the data of visitors to your site. We hold it for you and act on your instructions, under the data processing agreement signed between us in accordance with Regulation 15 of the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.
- Every form that events are sent from carries the notice under section 11. Without the notice Itutin sends nothing from that form: that is how the service is built, not a fault.
- The notice texts we provide describe what Itutin actually transfers. If you change them, responsibility for the wording passes to you.
- Particularly sensitive data is not sent through the service, and it is not switched on in sensitive fields, healthcare and pharmacy for example, without our prior written agreement.
- The service is not used for unlawful purposes, its limits are not circumvented, and it is not deliberately overloaded.
- The details you gave us, including the database owner details used in the notice and in invoicing, are correct and kept up to date.
5. What is on us
- To run the service with reasonable skill and as described in the order and on the service page.
- To keep your data as set out in the privacy policy and in the data processing agreement.
- To tell you about a security incident affecting your data straight away, and no later than 24 hours.
- To give advance notice of planned maintenance that may stop the service.
- Not to use your data or your clients' data for anything else: not to train models, not for marketing statistics, not to show in our own materials.
6. What we do not promise
- Meta and Google are third parties. Their rules, their APIs and the way they accept events change without our involvement, and we are not responsible for their decisions, including restricting or closing your ad account.
- We do not promise more sales, more enquiries or better campaign figures. The service transfers events that happened.
- We do not promise that the platform will accept every event. A rejected event is written to the log together with the reason.
- A transfer that has gone out is irreversible: what has reached Meta or Google we cannot recall.
- We do not give legal advice. The texts and documents we prepare are written under Israeli law and follow what the service actually transfers; publishing them on your site is your step, and responsibility for that publication is yours.
7. Payment and renewal
The price, the billing cycle and the scope of the subscription are set out in the order and in our billing system. Prices are in shekels and include VAT.
The subscription renews itself for an equal term unless a party gives written notice of non-renewal 30 calendar days before the end of the period. We remind you in writing of the renewal date and the price 45 calendar days beforehand.
If an invoice is not paid on time, we notify you and may suspend the service until it is paid. Suspension does not delete your data.
A price change is notified in writing 30 calendar days in advance. If you do not agree, you may end the service on the day the new price takes effect, with no penalty and with a pro rata refund for any period paid for and not used.
8. Ending the service
You may end the subscription on 30 calendar days' written notice, without giving a reason and without penalty. A client who is a consumer may end a continuing transaction at any time under section 13D of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
We may suspend or end the service if these terms are breached and the breach is not cured within 14 calendar days of notice, and immediately in the case of unlawful use, deliberate harm to systems, or a demand from Meta or Google.
When the service ends, transfers stop, you receive an export of what was held in the service, and the data is deleted as described in the privacy policy. It is also worth revoking the Meta and Google connections from your side; the data deletion page explains how.
9. Personal data
How we handle data is described in the Itutin privacy policy and in the data processing agreement signed between us. Where the signed agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.
10. Intellectual property
The service, its software, the panel, the plugins and our texts remain ours. For the term of the subscription you receive the right to use them so that the service works for you; that right cannot be passed on.
Your data and your clients' data remain yours, and we acquire no rights in them.
11. Liability and its limits
Our financial liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount actually paid to us for it in the 12 months preceding the event the claim arises from.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, loss of data held by a third party, and a drop in advertising campaign performance.
The same limits apply to your liability towards us, apart from the duty to pay for the service.
These limits do not apply to bodily injury or to an act done with malicious intent (section 5(b) of the Standard Contracts Law, 1982), and they do not reduce the rights the law gives a consumer.
12. Changes to these terms
If the terms change, we give written notice 30 calendar days in advance and update the date at the top of the page. If you do not agree with a change, you may end the service on the day it takes effect, with no penalty and with a pro rata refund.
13. Law, jurisdiction and language
These terms are governed by the law of the State of Israel. For a client who is a business or a company, disputes are heard by the competent courts of the Central District. For a client who is a consumer within the meaning of section 1 of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, venue is determined by law, including by the consumer's place of residence, and these terms do not take that away.
The Hebrew text is the binding one. A translation is provided for convenience, and in case of a discrepancy the Hebrew prevails.
