Deleting your data in Itutin
Last updated: 17 September 2026
This page explains how to delete data held in Itutin, the service by Israsky, and how to disconnect Itutin from your Meta and Google accounts. The address for any request on this subject is it@israsky.com.
If you are an Itutin client
Write to it@israsky.com with the subject "Data deletion" and give the website address and the email address the account was opened with. You can also simply ask for it in an ordinary support request.
What we delete: the account and contact details, the site settings and connection keys, the Meta and Google access tokens, the event history stored with us, and the technical markers for those events along with it.
What remains: billing and accounting documents, which the law requires us to keep, and the access log of the service systems, which Regulation 10(d) of the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017 requires to be kept for at least 24 months. Data that has already gone to Meta or Google cannot be recalled by us.
Before deleting, we send you an export of what was held, if you ask for one. Once the data is deleted the service stops working and transfers to the ad accounts end.
How to disconnect Itutin from a Meta account
- Open Business settings in your Meta account.
- Go to Integrations, then Connected apps.
- Find Itutin in the list and remove it.
After that we no longer have access to the account and no events go to it. To have the data deleted on our side as well, send a request to it@israsky.com.
How to disconnect Itutin from a Google account
- Open myaccount.google.com with the account you used to approve the connection.
- Go to Security, then to your connections to third-party apps and services (Third-party access).
- Find Itutin in the list and remove its access.
The same applies here: removing access stops the transfers, and deleting the data on our side needs a request to it@israsky.com.
If you filled in a form on our client's website
Your data belongs to the owner of the website where you filled in the form, and it is the owner who handles requests for access, correction and deletion. Contact them using the details in that site's privacy policy.
If you write to us, we help the site owner and do whatever depends on us. So that we can find the record, give the address of the site where you filled in the form and the phone number or email you left there.
What we delete: the identifying data kept for the transfer, that is the hashes of the phone number and email, the click identifier and the browser details. In any case it is erased automatically no later than seven days after the event.
What remains, and why: a technical marker recording that the event has already been sent. It holds no contact details, and its only purpose is to stop the same event from being sent again. The marker is deleted automatically, no later than 37 days for a single event or 12 months for an enquiry that has a lead number, and we give you the exact date in our reply. We do not carry out the request to delete this marker: the law gives the right to demand correction or deletion of data that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date (section 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law), while the marker is correct and is kept solely so that the same event is not sent again. If you believe this decision is wrong, you may apply to the court (section 15 of the law).
Data already sent to Meta or Google cannot be recalled. A request about it is made to those companies directly, through their own privacy forms.
You can also ask that no further events about you be transferred. We keep such a request and check it before every send.
How long it takes
We reply within 30 days of receiving the request, the period set by Regulation 2 of the Protection of Privacy (Conditions for Inspection of Data and Procedure for Appeal against a Refusal of a Request for Inspection) Regulations, 1981. If we need one more detail to find the record, we ask for it in our reply.
